Chapter 37 - Changes in Otherworlders Continent and Three Months Time Skip!

As all high-ranking members of the Otherworlders Ascendants Association, higher-ranking Angels, and the renowned figures of Samsara World completed their planning regarding guilds, academies, production halls, and Mage & Warrior Halls, a brief silence fell over the grand chamber.

Arcane Architect Velka, her midnight-black hair streaked with silver strands, narrowed her violet eyes as she turned toward Arthur.

"I heard from an Angel that in your world, there is no concept of magic, and you possess some knowledge of science. Is that correct?"

Arthur met her gaze with a complicated expression before replying.

"Yes, Miss Velka. Why do you ask?"

Velka's eyes shone with curiosity.

"When we arrived at the headquarters of the Otherworlders Ascendants Association, we passed countless buildings and architectural marvels unlike anything we have in Samsara. Were all of these constructed with science?"

At her question, everyone in the chamber perked up, eager to hear Arthur's response.

Arthur exhaled before answering.

"Yes. All of those high-tech buildings and constructions were made using scientific principles. We also had various technologies: electricity, internet, mobile devices, robotics, artificial intelligence, high-tech hovercrafts, hover bikes, and hoverboards for travel. However, when our planet, Earth, merged with Samsara, we lost access to these technologies, and none of them have functioned since then."

BOOM!

A sudden silence followed after Arthur's words, as if the weight of his revelation crashed onto the room like a thunderclap.

Velka's expression softened slightly.

"I am truly sorry for your loss," she said sincerely. Then, after a brief pause, her eyes gleamed with excitement.

"Would it be possible for us to examine your technology and construction techniques? We do not have buildings like yours in Samsara, and if we could figure out how to replicate them, it would be a great breakthrough for us."

Arthur thought for a moment before nodding.

"Of course. You are all helping us in the first place, so it's only fair."

Velka's lips curled into a smile.

"Thank you so much! In the future, we may be able to combine your science with our magic to create something entirely new."

The other renowned figures of Samsara nodded in agreement, intrigued by the possibilities ahead.

Then, Archangel Raziel stepped forward, his divine presence filling the chamber.

WHOOSH!

A surge of holy energy rippled through the air as his wings extended slightly.

"Then, from tomorrow onwards, we shall begin the official establishment of Guilds, Academies, Production Halls, and Mage & Warrior Halls across the Otherworlders Continent."

His words carried an air of finality. The room stood still for a moment before the gathering slowly dispersed.

THUD!

A large map was unrolled onto the grand table, marking the first steps of their monumental task.

And just like that… three months passed.

Over the course of three months, the Otherworlders Continent underwent a remarkable transformation. With the combined efforts of Otherworlders, Samsara's renowned figures, and the assistance of Angels, cities rose from the ground, institutions took shape, and civilization flourished at an astonishing pace.

The continent was meticulously divided into five major zones, each containing seven thriving cities. At its very heart stood Central City, a beacon of progress and the new seat of power. The World Alliance Headquarters, once the central governing body, had been officially renamed the Otherworlders Ascendants Association Headquarters, signifying a new era.
