Chapter 29 - Justice Community

Our character started following Holloway after his words.

Holloway: Your name must be Henry, right? Or is that what you call yourself?

****: Yes, my name is Henry.

Holloway: Okay, come on.

Our character and Damian Holloway went out into the garden and sat at a table.

(Wow, I think we did it, but if I said we did it together, wouldn't it seem like a typical politician who tries to motivate people unnecessarily? I did it all by myself; you witnessed it. Anyway.)

(This place is pretty big; there are various animals everywhere, the most common being cats and dogs.)

Holloway: So, if you're done analyzing things in your head, let's get started.

Our character focused on Holloway.

****: Yes, let's get started.

Holloway: I'll get right to it. You sent us an email a few days ago; do you remember?

****: Yes, I do.

Holloway: We put a secret link in your email because we believed you would find it and win the game we prepared for you.

****: How can you be so sure? Why did you trust me?

Holloway: We've been watching you for about a month or two now, following your activities. You seem to reflect the sentiment of this community: reporting criminals to the police, wanting a just world order, and hating the current governments. Those traits are indicative.

****: Okay, I was thinking the same thing, but the point was that that email had a purpose, you know.

Holloway: Yeah, let's get to the point. Who are we? We are the Justice Society. Our purpose is to make the world order more just; I can sum it up like this.

****: So who are you?

Holloway: You're asking too much, kid. The only thing I can say about myself is that I'm 33 years old.

****: Why can't you say more?

Holloway: You know that best.

****: Anonymity or something else?

Holloway: I told you, you know best.

****: So, what happens now?

Holloway: What happens now?

****: Yes, what happens now?

Holloway: You decide. You can join us or not; we have one condition: you must not share any information about this community with anyone. That's enough.

****: Do I still have time?

Holloway: I don't know; maybe you do?

(Damn, he's been talking mysteriously all morning, like he's fucking Sherlock Holmes.)

****: Okay.

Our character started to walk away from the garden.

Holloway: Remember, the goal is only justice.

(Only justice? It's one of the most important things in the world; everyone will need it one day.)
