Chapter 35 - Chaos In The Mind

Our character wakes up and gets ready for school.

Sarah: Wake up, it's time for school.

Character: Okay.

(Damn this life.)

(I haven't told myself this in a long time, I'm back.)

Our character gets ready, leaves the house and gets on the school bus.

(Today is the last day of the weekly matrix, which means the last day of school. I can finally focus on myself this weekend. This damn school matrix is wearing me out.)

Our character arrives at school and gets off the bus.

Tyler: Hi buddy, how are you? Did you manage to do anything about this?

Character: What's it about, Tyler?

Tyler: Don't you remember? Matthew came up to you and asked about Rafael Voss.

Character: Tyler, I'm so sorry buddy. I forgot. I've been a little distracted lately.

Tyler: Don't worry bro. So what's the deal?

Character: There's no developments right now. Our lawyer is working on this but it looks like the judge has been bought.

Tyler: Okay, Matthew. I hope you guys can do something. No one wants that bastard out, including me.

Character: I hope so, brother.

Tyler: See you.

Character: See you.

(Oh right, I introduced myself as Matthew. I just remembered. My brain crashed when you first said Matthew, damn it.)

Our character goes to class and starts dozing off at his desk.

[Lesson 5]

Math Teacher: Kids, wake up the idiot sleeping in the back.

Sophie: Sir, he's been sleeping all morning.

Zoe: Yes sir, that idiot has been sleeping all morning.

Math Teacher: Then wake him up.

Sophie: Hey, wake up, ****.

Math Teacher: Sophie, go and nudge him.

Sophie is nudged hard by our character.

Sophie: Come on, wake up, ****.

Our character suddenly sits up from where he was lying.

Math Teacher: Aren't you ashamed of sleeping since the early hours of the morning?

(What the hell is going on?)

Math Teacher: Answer.

Character: Well, I'm sorry sir. I couldn't sleep last night.

Math Teacher: I don't care. You should have been asleep. I don't want to see you sleeping in my class again.

Character: Okay, okay sir.

(What the hell is going on? I was sleeping really well. I didn't tell you, but I couldn't sleep last night because I was thinking too many ideas and I still can't find a way out. I still don't know what to do.)

Our character listens to part of the lesson, then the lunch bell rings.

(I'm so hungry; I need to get something from the cafeteria.)

Our character gets some toast and juice from the cafeteria and heads to the garden.

(Thinking about these last issues really stressed me out.)
