Masato felt afraid when he saw the look in Rin's ruby red eyes as he caught the iron pole he had aimed at his head.
Masato felt like cold water was poured on top his head making his fiery emotions calm down as he instantly regretted his actions.
But in the end, what was done was done, and he attacked Rin, intending to harm him.
But luckily, nothing happened to Rin, or so he thought.
When Masato shakily let go of the iron pole, Rin still held onto it with a cold expression.

Rin's brows furrowed in discomfort as he let go of the pole in his hand, but as it fell to the ground, blood dripped from Rin's hands, causing Masato's visage to pale.
"R-Rin! "A panicked shout came from the side belonging to the person Masato least wanted to see.
Masato had to watch as a teary-eyed Marin fussed over Rin while he comforted her, telling her he was fine.
Masato had to watch bitterly as his actions had only caused Marin and Rin to become closer as the blonde was even hugging Rin and shedding tears.
In the end, a furious Marin pulled Rin to the infirmary while glaring at all of them.....

That event was a great humiliation for Masato and from that day onwards he could only watch as Rin grew closer to his crush.
"K-Kitagawa-san we were thinking of going to Karoke after school, do you wish to join us ? I will be fun " Masato smiled at Marin in a way he thought was handsome as he tried to invite her to Karoke, where he would have opportunities to get closer.
