Asia Argento was a very good pick , as she was akin to those beginner NPC's you meet on the beginning of an RPG quest.
It was not that he was looking down on Asia , but Asia was pretty easy to recruit if he played his cards right.
Taking out a bunch of low class Fallen Angels wasn't too hard for Rin and even if he was in the human world and never had access to Magical spells or knowledge related to Demonic energy , Rin still was strong.
He had been training since childhood and from the animes he had seen he had tried to channel Demonic energy and reinforce his body which he was successful in.
As long as the opponent wasn't a very strong High class and above being then Rin would have no problem dealing with them.

He doesn't know any spells but he can reinforce himself with demonic energy and use his clan trait. Rin had already decided on the first peerage member , that was Asia because she was very easy to recruit and she had a lot of potential.....

That was not the way He as Alexander taught his clan members.

The only thing they should care about is the continuous thriving of their race instead of petty racism.
