The killers looked around and walked towards the dressing room. They opened the door and Val fell back to the junk room.
"What the fuck?"
Another officer fell back to the junk room, followed by Dex. But, the other officer was not there yet.
They waited and told each other what memory they got into. All their memories were their worst.
"What is it trying to say to us?"
They heard a scream inside the vent. They checked it and saw the officer crawling fast.
"Help guys! He is chasing me!" as he said that, his feet were grabbed by Sketch and the vents closed. "We just lost another officer."
"Yep, but we gotta continue moving. I wanna get out of here."
They ran and followed the path to the exit. Meanwhile, Sheriff McLaurel and Albert went to the shop. They saw the two cops waiting outside.
"Is everything okay, officers?" Albert asked.
"Yes, sir "
"We haven't received any reports yet. Might there be something going on?" McLaurel said.
"Hey Sam, why don't we just go inside?"
"Lets go"
Both of them pulled their guns out and kicked the storage room. All that they found was the briefcase full of boxes with bodies in it.
"They might be done on their mission. But where are they?"
They searched around and went upstairs. Both of them found Sketch and Sketchie dragging a body through the Boss's office. They loaded their guns and got ready.
"Hey you! Stop right there" McLaurel shouted.
They didn't stop but continued dragging it. They went into the Boss's room and the door suddenly opened.
Mclaurel and Albert got ready, pointing at the darkness behind the door. They shot it but nothing happened.
A few moments later, Sketchie ran outside towards them. She was holding the chainsaw.
They dodged her and she broke out the window and landed on the roof of the car. The two cops went in but the door immediately closed.
Sketch showed up behind the door. He was smiling so much and stared at them.
"You. are. perfect for our new ingredients."
They shot Sketch but it didn't do anything. McLaurel said stop but Albert didn't listen and still shot it.
Its expression began to change into a fierce one. It was angry at them. Sketch runs to them, holding a knife.
Both of them shot continuously but it won't go down. It reached their position and stabbed Albert in his stomach.
Sketch lifted the knife upwards and the knife went all through Albert.
McLaurel came into the fight and kicked his legs. He fell through the stairs and immediately shot it.
"Albert, are you good?"
"No, obviously. You have to continue searching. Leave me here alone, I'll call backup."
McLaurel ran towards the Boss's room and opened the door. She was dumbfounded for what she saw.
It was a machine used for making snacks, full of body parts inside. It smelled so awful that she couldn't get in. She covered her nose and went inside and discovered more.
She suddenly heard someone spitting some random language that she can't understand. It was getting closer and closer to her and looked at her back.
As she turned around, something moved beside her. When she looked around, it was nothing. It was pitch-black but she looked closely and saw a light.
"The Great Gig in the Sky" suddenly played but the music was not clear.
She roamed, wandered around and followed the light.
McLaurel ran towards it but the light faded. Now, she is stuck in the middle of the darkness.
She didn't know where to go, but she remembered she had a flashlight.
She touched her pockets but it was not there.
"I'm so screwed as shit"
The music was still playing but she noticed it started to become faster.
She walked backwards and ended up sitting at a table.
Suddenly, she felt something was wrapping around her feet. Then she heard a tick beneath the table.
McLaurel tried to wiggle her feet but she couldn't. The table collapsed and she hit her face first.
She was bleeding and struggling with the pain.
The metal is getting tighter and tighter and she can only use her arms to move around.
"Help! Somebody please! Albert!" she screamed so hard that her vocal chords were about to break. The light came back but it was near her.
Turns out it was just a lantern and someone is holding it. Lights opened in the room and revealed that it was the officers who were stuck inside.
"Sheriff McLaurel!" Val shouted. They ran towards her and helped her get the metal off her feet.
McLaurel was sprained. Val and Dex carried her towards the door. The other officers ran to Albert.
"We're finally free" Dex said.
"Yes, no more monsters or anything"
But as they went down the stairs, McLaurel realized that the entity was gone.
"Albert! Where did it go!" McLaurel panicked.
"I fell into a little sleep, sorry."
"We are screwed," Dex replied.
As they stepped into the ground, the entity was just waiting for them and ran towards them. They immediately backed off and went back upstairs.
"You can never escape your death. It is timed perfectly."
Sketch swung the axe that he was holding and eventually got Dex's head. It landed in the suitcase perfectly. McLaurel got splashed with blood and screamed out of terror.
The backup arrived and rushed to open the storage room.
As they went in, they shot Sketch multiple times in its body. A bullet striked in his head and he dropped down the stairs. The officers rescued them safely.
Outside, they asked them about what happened. All of them were glad that they survived it and they sat down in the front of the store.
Sasha and Mclaurey arrived at the shop and hugged McLaurel.
"I'm glad your safe, Sam"
"Glad to see you again too"
McLaurel and the others were brought to the hospital due to injuries.
The ambulance rang and drove to the hospital. Mclaurey and Sasha sat down and had a little chat.
"Do you think this is the end?"
"Surely"
"I mean, I have never seen the boy since the cashier died. That could mean that the cashier was actually the boy."
"We don't have any ideas and clues about this boy, but the police officers are working hard on finding where the boy is"
As they were chatting, a lady was looking at them on the other side of the road.
A vehicle passed by and the lady was gone. They were scared and Sasha told him.
"There are more of them in this city"
