The sun was glowing as usual, releasing max heat, the ground was hot and hard.
Elon found himself vertical.
He touched the ground with his palm, trying to feel what he was laying on.
It was indeed hot, but had a soft moisture on it. At the moment, Elon became really curious as he began to open his eyes.
On the first try, his eyes closed, and so was the second, before finally opening at the third try.
"Urgh!"
Elon groaned while he raised himself from the ground. He took a look around the surroundings and saw what looked like pigs, walking beside him.
At his first thought, he saw them as pigs however he couldn't get to that conclusion, because he wondered how pigs would have horns on their head.
Elon placed his hand on his head and shook it, trying to erase what he had just seen. He thought that he must be hallucinating, because of what had just happened to him.
His left hand which was still on the ground, shifted to a certain area next to him, and as he began to touch that area it felt slimmer than the rest.
Elon immediately turned his attention to this area and saw his hand was almost near the feces of the pigs.
"Eww!!… what is this?"
He quickly stood up from the ground and began dusting his hand.
"What kind of place is this,"
Elon proclaimed.
As he finished dusting his hand. It was manageable, since he didn't actually touch the pigs feces
As soon as he was done, he took a look back at the ground and in that area he saw the amulet his grandmother gave him.
It was almost mixed with the pigs feces.
Upon seeing this, Elon quickly dived right back into the ground and grabbed the amulet, avoiding contact with the feces.
As soon as he got it, he immediately cleaned it with his uniform tie and afterwards, wore it around his neck.
"…"
"Now that's done. Where in the world am I?"
Elon stood on his feet once more, and looked around the area. He could see nothing in a far distance only, a couple of crops and caged animals.
"Is this a farm?"
Knowing that he guessed right, he decided to leave the pig area. Elon crossed the small wall that kept them from escaping.
However, as he was getting out, he turned to his right and saw a little girl with an unusual color of hair.
She wore a blue gown, holding a basket in her hands, while standing in front of a wooden structured building.
As soon as she saw Elon's actions, the basket she was holding dropped from her hands, with her mouth widely opened, in shock.
Seeing this, Elon froze for a moment while a thought came to him.
'Would she believe me if I told her, I just spawned here?'
"Mama… a thief!"
The little girl screamed as she ran back into the building as fast as she could.
'Guess not.'
_
Elon found himself standing outside the building. It had already been twenty minutes since the girl ran inside it,
and yet no one had come out from it since then.
This gave him enough time to think about his current situation. Looking at his surroundings his began… with his hand on his chin.
"If I track back to what happened this afternoon. I was with Agatha, and those guys made a mess of our house, and afterwards she gave me this weird amulet, then… I woke up here."
"Yeah… typical."
Elon took in a deep breath, and let it out. This was his style of releasing so much stress.
"I can't believe all that happened. Now I don't even know where I am, or where to go. All I have is this amulet that, grandmother gave me. Speaking of her I hope she's alright. She sounded like something bad was going to happen before I left. But I guess she'll be fine. She's grandmother Agatha after all."
"But still, I am standing in the middle of nowhere, except from a building behind me that no one has refused to come out from for the past thirty minutes."
At this moment, Elon felt frustrated and confused. He didn't know what to do at this point or where to go.
It was just him and himself.
"No… calm down Elon. This is a really serious situation. And what I need now is to stay calm and think. Think of the first thing to do."
Elon stood quietly for a moment and thought, however the sounds of the pigs couldn't let him concentrate.
"Urgh!!… Forget it, I would just start from somewhere."
Elon began walking towards the building.
It was his first start, and that was to get information from the people inside that house.
As he began getting closer to the building, the door opened and two men with full beards came out of the building.
They were acting drunk. No. They were both drunk, as it showed in their movements.
They both held themselves together, laughing while they walked out of the building.
Elon immediately excused them, making them pass through without any touch.
"Hey!… watch it boy!" One of the drunk men exclaimed.
"Hm?"
Elon noticed something. The way they dressed, it was not like how normal people dressed.
"Why are they dressed like middle aged people?"
Elon knew he wasn't going to get an answer just by standing there, so he opened the door of the building, and to his surprise.
"Is…Is this a bar?"
In his view, a lively and chaotic place brimming with diverse individuals, holding strange drinks.
There were dozens of conversations layered over one another. The air was thick with the scent of spiced ale and roasted meat.
'I wouldn't have guessed, this was what the inside of this place was going to be like. Judging from how it looks outside, one would think it's just a normal farmer's house.'
Elon was stunned by the scenery.
"I wonder how the noises couldn't be heard from outside, even though this building is built with mere woods."
"That will be because the whole building is enhanced with a special type of Othir, unique only to the owners?"
A cold yet calm female voice echoed inside Elon's ears.
"What?"
He immediately turned to his right and saw a young lady with a tray on one of her hands while the other was on her waist, standing opposite him,
Red hair and gold eyes, graced him with a gorgeous smile on her face.
The lady wore a deep brown tavern dress, cinched at her waist with a laced corset. A white blouse with ruffled edge framed her neckline, paired with an embroidered apron.
On her hands were fingerless gloves and a tied kerchief on her hair, that gave her a rugged yet graceful charm.
The lady looked ready to serve, yet just as ready to deal with trouble should it arise.
'Damn she's pretty.'
