Aziel on his way to the student cafeteria bumped into Rocky who just came out from the library.
"Ohh man! Where have you been? You wouldn't believe what I saw." Aziel starts to talk to Rocky by opening up the main topic of the school since morning.
"It's okay man. I'm actually busy right now. Can I talk to you later?" Rocky replied and quickly walked away from Aziel towards the cafeteria.
"Wait! Were you heading to the cafeteria? Let's go together, I was also on my way to grab lunch." Aziel called out Rocky.
"No thanks man. I actually want to be alone right now. I will talk to you in the dorm room." Rocky replied.
"Oh. Okay man. I'll talk to you later then." Aziel waved his hand and let Rocky walk ahead.
"What is his problem really? I might as well ask him about it later." Aziel convinced himself and head towards the Academy cafeteria.
Aziel grabbed his lunch and head to the Assembly hall before the Orientation starts.
As he was walking towards the room he saw someone familiar across the hallway with a great aura around her body.
She was walking with her three lady companions as usual, who also had great auras around their body but not as much as the girl leading the group.
These were also walking towards the Assembly hall.
"It's them, they were the ones from earlier. Who could they be? And why didn't I felt their powers earlier? Maybe because I was hungry?
Aziel was observing the group when he was noticed by Catherine Lynx – the Student Council's watch tower.
He saw Catherine whispered to Claire's ear while looking at him.
Aziel didn't know what to doa at the moment as he haven't experienced something like this before.
Luckily a familiar voice called him from behind.
"Aziel! Yow man!"
When Aziel turned to look who's calling, he saw Jake waving his hand.
"Thanks man what a perfect timing!" Aziel exhaled in relief.
"Why? What's wrong?" Jake asked Aziel.
"It's nothing man. Let's just go inside the hall, the orientation might have started already." Aziel replied lowering his head as they walked pass the four ladies in the hallway.
When they got inside the hallway, Aziel saw a few students with a great aura emitted in their body.
A male with yellow and pointy hair wearing his Academy Uniform, he has a gloves in both his hands and a goggles in his hair.
A female with a red hair in a pigtail hairstyle, wearing witch's attire, she also has a wand in his left hand.
Another male with a stoic look on his face, he has a blonde wavy hair and an ear piercing in both ears.
Academy uniforms are given directly to those who have a high ranking magical level after their evaluation, others can only get one when they were in their second year in the Academy. Aziel's magical level was also high, however, he didn't get his Academy Uniform as he was a late enrollee.
Those are the students who were emitting a great aura around their body. He saw many with a large aura but not as big as those three students.
A few seconds later, Aziel saw the four ladies coming inside the Assembly hall, and Catherine was looking directly at him.
"What is her problem? Does she think I'm the one who made that whole? I thought they know it was a professor who made it." Aziel's thought at the moment.
After a while and the orientation starts, everyone was so focus on the matters being discussed by Claire Terra.
"Do you know who that is?" Aziel asked Jake who is sitting beside him looking for Rocky.
"Oh that? Of course! Everyone knows who she is. She is the President of the Student Council in the Academy. I believe her name was Claire Terra." Jake replied and continue to look for Rocky.
"How about the other three?" Aziel asked again.
"Going from left to right, that was the Public Relations Officer Christine Reach, Auditor and the Council's watch tower Catherine Lynx, and last is the Secretary of the Student Council Vivian Violet. Anyways, where is Rocky? I can't seem to find him." Jake asked.
"I don't actually know man. He might still be studying in the library, he seem busy. Where is their vice president anyway?" Aziel shrugged his shoulders as he answered Jake's question and asked another one.
"I heard the vice president was busy in his training. Although, he was still in his second year, he already got a slot for the tournament of magic. He is the youngest to have a slot for the tournament, and I heard he was really strong." Jake explained.
"Students must train inside a dungeon within the Kingdom." Claire announced in a loud voice standing in a platform using a magical microphone.
"We have a handful of dungeons in the Kingdom outside the capital so everyone can train. Just show your I.Ds to the guards at the entrance gate before going out of the capital."
"Now, these dungeons are classified by how strong were the beasts inside, when you reach the dungeon's entrance, you must show your Identification card to the designated guards in each dungeon, if they see that you're skilled enough to enter the dungeon, they will let you in.,"
"As long as you know your capabilities you have nothing to worry about."
"Everyone can train in the dungeon at their own preferred time."
"In this training, you are to fight these beasts and bring its corpses in the Academy. However, if you can't bring the whole beast, you have to bring the beast's most important part at least, which can be found in beast's anatomy book in the library, as well as the map of the of the dungeons, just ask the librarian and they will provide you one."
"You will be given points corresponding to the beasts that you brought. This points will be your currency in the Academy that you will use on your daily living for as long as you stay here. You aren't thinking living in the Academy freely for five years are you?"
"You will be given a magical bracelet that will indicate your points, as well as tracking system to track you. If you find yourself unable to face the dangers or unable to come out of the dungeon, press the gem in the bracelet just hard enough to crack it, the guards will know this and immediately come to your aid." Claire continued as she show the bracelet to everyone.
"Everyone must hunt at least one beast daily in order to have a points for daily expenses. Your daily lives in the Academy won't be free anymore starting next week, so you better earn your points before that. The points aren't transferrable so the bullying of anyone weaker won't happen."
"That's all for now, but before we end this orientation, I would like to introduce to you our Principal in the Academy. Listen to him very carefully as he had a very important statement to say. Professor Domuscos Aurillius Demittry, let's give him a round of applause please. Sir may I invite you to the front?"
Claire finished her speech and hand over the magical microphone to the principal walking away from his chair.
As Professor Domuscos Aurillius Demittry approach the platform, everyone was applauding except for Aziel.
He wasn't applauding because of the aura that the Principal was emitting.
He has an aura comparable to Drako or maybe slightly stronger. And to have that kind of aura as a human being is remarkable. Remarkable enough for Aziel to raise his guard and aura a bit but he immediately turned it down.
The Student Council didn't feel it but the Principal saw what Aziel did in that instant, and it made him smile and look directly towards Aziel, before turning back his eyes towards the crowd.
"Did he saw me? I have to be careful around this old man or I'm dead." Aziel thoughts to himself.
"It seems we have a few talented young ones this year. I hope to see you fulfill your dreams. Academics are important but so as experiences. Improving one's mind is important, but so as the body. You, young ones must be responsible enough to balance your academics and training, because at the end of the day, balance is still the most important thing in the universet. Enjoy your studies, enjoy your training, and enjoy your lives in the Academy!"
Professor Domuscos finished his speech and waved his hand as he stepped down from the platform.
Aziel watch the principal walking towards his chair when suddenly he heard a voice.
"You have potential young man. Why don't you go to my office and let's have a discussion over a cup of tea." The voice said.
When Aziel was trying to look where the voice was coming from, he immediately look towards the principal, and he saw the old man smiling towards him.
"Damn it! Have I made a mistake? What does he want to talk about? Did I blow it all off?" Aziel was having a conundrum when Eleanor speaks.
"Don't worry my child, I don't think he saw right through you. Just go and see what he is up to, but you need to be extra careful becausr he seem stronger." Eleanor warned Aziel.
"Alright ma'am, I'll go. Thank you for reminding." Aziel replied.
