Snow walked out of Ethan's office, his fists clenched, his mind racing. He had given Ethan a warning, but the man's reaction only confirmed his suspicions—Ethan wasn't the real mastermind. He was just a pawn, following orders. But whose orders?
Snow had no intention of letting this go. If someone thought they could bury the truth, they were dead wrong.
The following day, the filming schedule continued as planned. The set was lively, filled with crew members rushing to prepare the next scene. Snow was in costume, waiting for his cue, when a sudden commotion broke out.
"Watch out!"
A heavy spotlight, which had been securely fastened moments ago, came crashing down—right where Snow had been standing just seconds earlier. Gasps filled the air as crew members rushed forward.

Liam crossed his arms, frowning. "How the hell did that happen? The equipment was checked this morning."
The director stormed in, demanding answers. The crew member responsible for the setup stammered, "I—I swear it was fine when I last checked."
Aria, who had been silent, suddenly spoke. "This isn't the first time something like this has happened." She turned to Snow. "Ever since you came back, strange things keep happening."
A heavy silence followed her words. Snow knew she was right. And he wasn't going to ignore it any longer.
Later that night, as Snow sat in his apartment, staring at the city lights, his phone buzzed. It was an unknown number. He hesitated before answering.
A distorted voice spoke, low and chilling. "Stop digging into the past, Snow Cross."
A shiver ran down his spine. He tightened his grip on the phone. "Who are you?"
The voice chuckled. "You'll find out soon enough. That is, if you live long enough."
The line went dead.
Snow exhaled slowly, his jaw tightening. They wanted him scared. They wanted him to back off.
But they had no idea who they were dealing with.
