Well, I didn't want to talk about it myself. Let him fuss about it for a while then approach the issue. I knew it was biting him in the odd places but there was nothing that I could do. I didn't want it to seem as if I was hiding anything.

The only thing I was hiding from him was the fact that I was going to get my revenge on Lucas. For all the things he had done to me. And I had an idea on how I would begin.
But truth be told, the moment I saw him in that garden, when we were alone, just the both of us, I remembered the things that he used to do to me. Then I wondered if it could be any different.
