Sophia's words hung in the air, leaving me with more questions than answers. What did she mean by "grave danger"? And what was this special gift she was talking about?
I leaned forward, my eyes locked on hers. "What's going on, Sophia?" I asked. "Who's after me?"
Sophia's expression turned serious, her eyes clouding over. "There's an organization," she said. "A secret group that's been hunting people like you for centuries."
I frowned, unsure what she meant. "People like me?" I repeated.
Sophia nodded. "You have a special...ability," she said. "One that makes you very valuable to this organization."
I felt a shiver run down my spine, unsure what to make of Sophia's words. What ability was she talking about? And what did this organization want with me?
Suddenly, Sophia's phone buzzed, breaking the silence. She glanced at the screen, her expression turning grim.
"We have to go," she said, standing up. "Now."
I followed her out of the room, my heart pounding in my chest. What was going on? And where were we going?
As we walked, Sophia explained that the organization was known as "The Order." They were a secret group of humans who had been hunting supernatural beings for centuries.
I listened, my mind reeling with questions. What did The Order want with me? And how was I supposed to defend myself against them?
Sophia led me to a small car parked outside. We got in, speeding away from the city.
As we drove, Sophia explained that we were heading to a safe house. A place where I could hide from The Order and learn more about my abilities.
I nodded, my mind racing with questions. What lay ahead? And how was I supposed to survive in a world where I was being hunted?
The car sped on, the city giving way to rolling hills and countryside. I gazed out the window, my heart pounding in my chest.
What would the future hold?
