The Soul Court, a meeting room of all higher-ups within The Sentarii. This room is used to conduct meetings of high importance. The room held was a circular structure, housing three rows of seating. Each one on an elevated foundation. The higher the Sentarii, the higher they sat.
The first seated the three sentinels and their sergeants; above them in the second row were seated all seven court marshals; then, lastly, seated by themselves was the 12th generational Sentarii monarch.
However, due to the nature of the meeting that is taking place, the only ones present are Ota, the sixth court marshal, and the three sentinels: Yurino, Takahari, and Kentoya.
"I had heard about Masako's death, but to think he created a proxy before he perished." Kentoya contemplated as he stood thinking in confusion.
"Out of most, Masako would've been the last person to make a proxy. This is truly intriguing indeed." Takahari stated as he continued observing a scroll of written information.
"We don't have much information on this proxy, except for what's been investigated by our Scout Division. As it stands now, the Court Marshals are looking into this Proxy's potential threat to the Sentarii's balance. His power and sword ability have yet to be retrieved." Ota informed him as he gently grazed the scroll.
Suddenly Yurino notices another scroll that has more information on it.
"Marshal Ota, if I may." Yurino asked as she picked up another scroll.
"According to this report, it seems the proxy has been eradicating several fissures in Masako's place. Even as assessed by the scout, the count of fissures has dropped by nearly twenty percent. If at all possible, wouldn't it be a good idea to let him continue keeping the earth realm safe?" Yurino questioned as she handed the scroll over to Kentoya, instantly pushing it past Takahari as she refused to hand him any important info.
"While we also investigated his work as a newly formed proxy, I assure you that percentage is far from his own. He's had some assistance; have a look at this." Ota remarks as he picks up another scroll and hands it over to Yurino.
As Yurino reads it thoroughly, a sudden crumple is forced onto the sides of the scroll. Yurino's expression turned bitter as she continued reading.
"It seems an old friend has taken an interest in our proxy. But we wonder if it's only a matter of time before she makes her next move." Ota conferred as he looked up at the hanging lights.
Takahari was finally able to get his hands on one of the scrolls.
"Oh, isn't this the one they call The Balance Destroyer? How intriguing!" Takahari exclaimed before getting the scroll taken out of his hands by Yurino.
"Hey... I was reading that." Takahari groaned as Yurino continued ignoring him.
"Whatever she's up to, I'll make sure she doesn't make it happen!" Yurino swore as she crushed the scroll in her hand out of a fit of irritation.
"Halt those thoughts; as of now, no Sentarii is to enter the earth realm. Issued by the Seven Court Marshals themselves." Ota issued as he kept his right hand raised to keep their attention.
The news put all three sentinels into expressions of disbelief.
"But sir, if we can't leave to the earth realm, how are we supposed to deal with the fissures?!" Wow! Yurino exclaimed in awe.
"Do you think so lowly of the court's decision?!" Ota criticized.
Yurino quickly bit her tongue as she quickly retracted her abruptness.
"Of course, within good reason, the scout division is still allowed to leave in order to gather information, and if it comes to it,. They are allowed to eradicate any potential fissure threats. But this decision is so we may continue observing this proxy and gather the last bit of information on him before we make our final decision." Ota remarks, putting his hand down slowly and turning towards the meeting table at his side.
"With those final words, I advise you three to continue your work as Sentinels. When the time comes, we will send a letter of notice to each of your divisions. Till then I look forward to seeing your new recruits blossom into fine Sentarii." Ota smiles with a friendly wave as he begins leaving The Soul Court.
As he steps out, Yurino is still in shock from her outburst. Takahari instantly took notice of this and immediately took his poke at her.
"Who would've thought Yurino of all people would step to a court marshal?" You must be losing your edge." Takahari says with a smirk as he probes around her, poking her constantly.
"Takahari, I probably wouldn't do that if I were you." Kentoya, concerned, slightly reaches out at Takahari.
"Say, Yurino, do you always lose your temper like that? Huh, do you, do you? Hey, if you're still in shock, want to go get a drink? I'm sure you'd feel much better afterwards." Takahari continued poking around at her. As Kentoya continued to just watch in concern.
Yurino's shocked expression quickly turning into a slow simmer of rage before erupting into a quick—.
WHAM
Takahari suddenly knocked out on the ground with a steaming bump on his head. His body twitching from the intense power of Yurino's sudden right hook.
"You know what, Takahari, if you stay like that, I may actually enjoy a drink!" Yurino hastily grabs hold of Takahari's left ankle and begins dragging him along.
"You're coming, right, Kentoya?" Yurino's expression turns almost seductive as she looks Kentoya in his eyes.
"I mean, if it's just for a few drinks, I don't see the trouble in that." Kentoya awkwardly chuckles as he rubs the back of his head.
"Good, I refuse to drink alone with this womanizer." Yurino exclaims as she continues dragging Takahari with her as they leave The Soul Court's meeting room.
Takahari's head bumped on every step as she dragged his body with almost gorilla-like strength.
Kentoya watches as the unconscious Takahari had a smile on his face.
